50% down at time of order
Balance due prior to shipping

Delivery:
Allow 6-12 weeks between ordering and receiving

Shipping:  
Depending on the item to be shipped and customer location the shipping will be handled by UPS or FedEx ground, common carrier, or hand delivered by Peter Thompson. 

Guaranty:       
Every piece of furniture is guaranteed (materials and labor) for normal use during the lifetime of the customer.
