JW CABINET
The JW cabinet was designed to be placed next to a customer’s favorite chair in her living room.  Peter worked closely with Jean on the design of this commissioned piece so that it would fit her needs in this special location.  The top, with its one and a half inch overhang, provides an attractive surface to showcase a reading lamp flanked by framed photographs.  The shelf below the drawer increases the area available to place reading material that is currently being enjoyed.  Made out of solid cherry this versatile, little cabinet would work equally well in a hallway or beside a bed.  Constructed using mortise and tenon joinery with floating panels the JW cabinet is 24” W, 12” D, and 28” H.
